Crows Woods Gardeners will celebrate the summer's bountiful crop with their annual end of season picnic, Sunday, Sept. 9, 6-8 p.m., at the Crows Woods Pavilion.
Gardeners are requested to bring their favorite picnic specialties to share in this pot-luck supper, says Brenda Zadjeika, coordinator of the event. With a major expansion this year, the gardens that started with three plots 20 years ago now boast 100 gardeners.
