Mike and Dave Ralic envision their space as an intimate, boutique steakhouse where customers can chat up the chef and the signature dishes are simple and flavorful.
Ralic's Steakhouse, at 26 S. Haddon Ave., premiered last June with celebrity chef Ed Battaglia. His claim to fame, was as a contestant on the seventh season of Fox reality-television cooking show, Hell’s Kitchen. Ralic’s was the first kitchen in which he served as executive chef.
Battaglia has since move on. Executive Chef Bryan Groff is now at the helm and from the smell of things, he hasn't missed a beat.
