What is the function of the "Out Reach Committee," who are the members and by whom are they appointed.? There is growing concern throughout the Borough about the BOE and their direct negotiations with Bancroft. Negotations should be between the Commission and Bancroft, with all meetings open to the Borough residents, (who will be footing the bill), thereby ensuring complete transparency. There is too much opportunity for back door decisions and special interests, and personal agendas being served through this process. Citizens are demanding full disclosure and accountability.
