Event: Tweens Night Out

Where: All Fired Up, 602 Haddon Ave., Collingswood

When: Saturday, Feb. 25, 7-9 p.m.

Why Go: This kids'-only event at All Fired Up will give parents some time to enjoy dinner at one of Collingswood's many restaurants—and all while the kids have fun in a safe environment. Children aged nine and older are invited to All Fired Up for this 2-hour event. They'll paint pottery, munch on pizza, watch the film Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roderick Rules, and finish off the night with a sweet dessert. To register your child and place the required $15 deposit, call All Fired Up at 856-833-1330.

Cost: Admission is $30 per child, with $25 sibling discounts available 

Event: Kids + Cocktails: A Family Happy Hour

Where: Markeim Arts Center, 104 Walnut St., Haddonfield

When: Friday, Feb. 24 at 6 p.m.

Why Go: Markeim Arts Center members and non-members are invited to this event, which will incorporate the entire family. Parents are encouraged to bring their favorite adult beverage to enjoy while children will be participating in games and puzzles provided by Rhinoceros Toys. Children will also be completing a fabulous art project to take home with them.

Event: Seuss Storytime 

Where: ALL Target locations

When: Saturday, Feb. 25, 9-11 a.m.

Why Go: To celebrate the upcoming release of Dr. Seuss' The Lorax in theaters, Target is hosting a Seuss story time. Children will enjoy the tale of The Lorax and will receive a goody and special book offers.

Event: Elmo Appearance

Where: Learning Express Toys-929 Haddonfield Road, Suite. 9, Cherry Hill

When: Saturday, Feb. 25, 1-5 p.m.

Why Go: Come join Elmo in the celebration of his birthday this Saturday. Children are invited to come and hang out with Elmo and wish him Happy Birthday. Kids will also be invited to participate in an Elmo-related craft. 

Cost: Admission is free. 

Event: Snack Attack Friday

Where: Sahara Sam's- 535 N. Route 73, West Berlin

When: Friday, Feb. 24 

Why Go: Need a taste of summer? Head over to this indoor paradise this Friday to enjoy some family, food, and fun. Discounted admission along with a buffet from Noble Roman's Pizza and Breadsticks buffet is available from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. with the purchase of admission and a free 16 oz. beverage. 

Cost: Admission for participants is $22.95 and spectators are only $14.95 during this fun-filled family event.
