You might want to be just a little bit more cautious during late-night drives through Haddonfield.

Police this week announced three arrests, including two DWIs and a resisting arrest, all for motor-vehicle incidents.

Edmund C. Peach III, 51, of Munn Lane in Cherry Hill, was arrested on Tuesday at 11:10 p.m. after he allegedly passed out at the wheel while sitting at a traffic light on Haddon Ave. at Kings Highway. He was charged with DWI, consuming alcohol in an open container in a motor vehicle, careless driving and obstructed view. He was released later with a court date.

Michelle Carroll, 21, of the 200 block of Heritage Road in Cherry Hill, was arrested and charged with DWI after a one-vehicle accident on Kings Highway East and Hopkins Lane on Jan. 6. She was processed and later released with a court date.

Eric B. Vermaat, 25, of the 400 block of Reillywood Ave., was arrested on Jan. 5 and hit with a slew of charges after police say he wrecked a car he was driving in an accident and left it on the lawn of a neighbor in the 400 block of Farwood Road at 4:52 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Vermaat wasn't arrested until 19 hours later, shortly before midnight that day, when police matched the tags of the car to his residence.

He was charged with resisting arrests, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, parking on private property and two other related charges. He was released on $500 bail and given a Jan. 15 court date.
