"The 1925 Shield was the first yearbook to include a picture of a girls’ sports team," according to Haddonfield historian Katherine Mansfield Tassini. "The 1924 Field Hockey team won the South Jersey League championship. In 1924-25 the girls had only field hockey and basketball teams." Credit provided
