ChildrenSong travels to Boston to work with composer

ChildrenSong of New Jersey under the direction of district music teacher Polly Murray traveled to Boston on tour to work with Elliot Levine, composer and members of the Western Wind Vocal Ensemble. Singers studied and performed many different songs composed by Mr. Levine in addition to advanced selections in conjunction with the professional singers in the ensemble. ChildrenSong also performed a concert at Quincy Market and at a church in Norwood, MA. Singers are looking forward to their summer camp during the week of August 18 where they will work with Elliot Levine again and perform at the end of the week in Ocean City. ChildrenSong looks forward to traveling abroad to Europe in the coming year. For information about joining ChildrenSong for singers ages 8-17 in it's four choir program or joining the summer camp, please visit www.childrensong.org or follow our happenings on ChildrenSong of New Jersey facebook page.
