Haddonfield Community Cleanup Saturday

Bring a broom and gloves, and the borough will provide other materials.

The borough is holding its annual town-wide cleanup on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.

Here are more details:

"All Haddonfield community organizations, schools, churches, neighborhood groups, families and individuals are invited to help keep Haddonfield litter free by picking up trash and recyclables from parks, parking lots, walkways, sidewalks and other public places.  To sign up please send three preferred cleanup locations to sustainablehaddonfield@gmail.com or call Julie at 856-795-2272.  If you do not have a cleanup location in mind, we would be glad to give you some ideas.  Trash bags and recycling bins will be provided.  Participants should provide their own gloves, rakes, etc., as required.  Following the cleanup, participants are invited to attend the potluck family picnic and festival at Cooper River at 12:30 p.m. as part of the Cooper River Fest 'Connecting Cooper Communities.'"
