Japanese Exchange Students Arrive in Haddonfield

Haddonfield students will visit Japan next year.

Seventeen students and two chaperones from Kasukabe, Japan arrived in Haddonfield on Saturday to meet host families for the next two weeks. The were welcomed with a party at the Haddonfield Memorial High School.

During the next two weeks the Haddonfield Japan Exchange Committee has arranged daily activities such as trips to Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Stone Harbor, and Ocean City, other activities include bowling, tubing on the Delaware, Cowtown Rodeo, a visit to Rowan University, as well as performing for the seniors at the Mabel Kay House. 

The students will become familiar with American families and their life styles. Next year Haddonfield students will visit Kasukabe for two weeks
