Dance, Dance, Dance in Westmont this Weekend

Donna Tambussi debuts a new look for her popular Haddon Township dance studio.

A Westmont dance studio has a grand reopening this weekend.

Donna Tambussi is taking a new vision for her popular brand of creative energy in motion to revamp and reopen her studio. The commissioners in Haddon Township will help with the ribbon cutting at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at 20 Haddon Avenue.

The two-story studio has been renovated. The upstairs room is now an expanded dance studio with new floors and mirrors. Now the pilates and Gyrotonic Expansion Systems equipment is downstairs.

Tambussi and her team of instructors will be demonstrating dance classes for all ages and finishes the night with a cabaret performance.

Tambussi is one of the few licensed instructors of Gyrotonic Expansion System, which is similar a multi-dimensional physical modality. Gyrotonic exercises stretch and strength muscles and is suited for the special needs population, athletes and fitness enthusiasts
