Haddonfield chef David Ralic knows what it’s like to face a seemingly winless battle against weight and finally decide to do something about it. Now, he’s determined to help out weight-loss patients post-surgery.
The owner has created a post-surgery “Weight Is Over” menu, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. Ralic told the publication that he underwent weight-loss surgery this spring.
Ralic created the new menu with the help of his surgeon and a nutritionist, and the line up features small servings of proteins and vegetables, according to the business journal.
