Cooper’s Ferry Partnership Welcomes Comcast’s William J. Kettleson as a New Member of the Board of Directors

Anthony J. Perno, III, CEO, of Cooper’s Ferry Partnership and John P. Sheridan, board co-chair announced that William (Bill) Kettleson has been named to the Cooper’s Ferry Partnership Board of Directors.  Kettleson is regional vice president of government and community affairs for Comcast’s Freedom Region which serves Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey and Northern Delaware.  

Kettleson oversees a team of government affairs professionals and works directly with local and state governments, regulatory bodies and community groups in Camden and throughout the Freedom Region. He is also responsible for partnering with community based organizations to spread awareness and adoption of Comcast’s Internet Essentials program, the nation’s largest and most comprehensive broadband adoption initiative, providing low-cost Internet service and computer equipment as well as free digital literacy training.  

“We are pleased to welcome Bill to the board and know his local and regional experience and expertise in communications, community relations and the workings of government will be a great asset as we continue to move ahead on numerous initiatives in Camden,” said Perno.

An active member of numerous civic and industry organizations, Kettleson serves as vice chair of the NJ Governor’s Advisory Council on Volunteerism and Community Service and on the board of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey.
