Starting Wednesday night, the New Jersey Department of Transportation will remove the raised pavement markers from milepost 56.8 to milepost 60.4 for repaving to begin next week.
Both directions will be affected.
Lane closures may occur on Mondays through Thursdays from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the following day, on Fridays from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., on Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 10 a.m. and on Sundays from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The $1 million project is expected to be completed in June. South State Incorporated is the contractor.
