Lions Club Pancake Breakfast This Morning

Hot breakfast before Fall Festival and Craft show. A free vision screening will also be featured throughout the day.

The Haddonfield Lions Club will host its 24th annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, from 8 to 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, on Kings Highway at Tanner Street.

Entrance to lower level is at the rear of the building. Tickets are $7 each and can be purchased in advance from any member of the Haddonfield Lions Club or at the door on the day of the event.

All proceeds from the Pancake Breakfast and other Lions Club fundraising activities benefit the Club’s Blind Fund, which supports community and regional events and activities and helps the blind and those with sight-related issues.

Also, on Saturday, October 13, the Club will be offering FREE sight screenings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as part of the town’s Fall Festival. Licensed eye doctors will be performing the testing in the South Jersey Eye Bank’s mobile screening unit, the Sightmobile. Look for the Sightmobile on King’s Highway at Tanner Street.
