Horticultural Society of South Jersey Monthly Meeting and Speaker on Aquaponics

Our February program is "Aquaponics: Modern Farming's Return to Nature" with
Alex Kosis.  Alex will share what he has learned when he turned his part-time 
love of gardening into a top priority aquaponic gardening venture. The program
will cover what aquaponics is, how it can be used to solve some of today's food
problems, and a case study about his own aquaponics farm. The space, time, and
energy-saving aspects of aquaponics, when compared to traditional farming and
garden methods, have been a perfect fit into Alex's new rural, sustainable life
that he continues to build in South Jersey.
