Jan Zientak is the Senior Program Coordinator of Rutgers Urban Gardening Program, Rutgers Master Gardeners of Essex County and Acting Agricultural Agent. He has helped establish many community gardens including one at the VA Hospital that provides fresh vegetables to homeless veterans.
