William V. Klammer, a 65 Club and Legion Post 38 Member, Dies at 84

Services will be held on Thursday.

William V. Klammer, 84, a longtime resident of Haddonfield died on Sunday.

He was the husband of Ellen “Betty” (nee Richardson); father of Patricia K. MacCluen (Larry) and Steven R. Klammer (Susan), all of Haddonfield, and Paul A. Klammer (Emily) of Dresher, PA.  He was a grandfather of seven; brother of Lucile Roberts (Walter) of Marlton and Mildred Henderson of Lancaster, PA.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.   

He worked for Conrail for 30 years and was a member of the Haddonfield 65 Club and American Legion Post 38.

Mr. Klammer’s family will receive friends on Thursday, May 9, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the Grace Episcopal Church, 19 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, where a funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. Interment, West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, PA.  Memorial Donations may be made in Mr. Klammer’s name to the Haddonfield Little League, c/o Mike Malady, 105 Euclid Avenue, Haddonfield, NJ 08033.
