Haddonfield Japan Exchange Needs Your Help!

On behalf of Bill Brown and the Haddonfield Japan Exchange, I am posting the following plea for help:
To All,
We find ourselves in an embarrassing situation and we need the help of the residents of Haddonfield. Due to a last minute cancellation of a host family, we are short a host family for a male chaperon from Kasukabe Japan.
Our 17 students and two chaperons are due to arrive Saturday evening July 27 and they will depart Thursday morning August 8.
The requirements for the host family are as follows:
Provide a place to sleep.Breakfast in the morning.Get them to HMHS each morning.Pick them up at the end of the day.Provide an evening meal.
Activities will be provided by the Haddonfield Japan Exchange Committee, each day.
Host families are invited to the Sayonara Dinner on August 7 at Tavistock Country Club.
This is an opportunity to have a rich cultural experience.
This chaperone is a male English teacher, so there should be no communication problems.
Information will be provided by Bill Brown 856-429-4368, or at billbrown08033@aol.com****************
Thank you!Lee Anne Albright
