Jeff Kasko's statement may not be all together true if Jeff or Neal received money from a county party, PAC or some other entity in which R/V contributed.
How foolish to award a 3 year contract. Many towns go year to year, and still more towns seek more than 4 bids.
What are the chances other firms did not bid because they knew R/V would get the deal? And why not open the interview up to the public?
3 year awards are big deals in the industry and it just doesn't make sense only 4 bidders would submit, and the lower bidder would not win? Anybody who knows anything about local politics is probably laughing.
Told you, told you, told you so. Are other County Democrat favored vendors up for appointment?
