Gas Station Burglary in Haddon Twp. Leads to 2 Arrests
The two Camden County men were already in custody when charged.
Two Camden County men have been arrested and charged with the burglary of a gas station in Haddon Township, police announced Friday.
Christopher C. Weldon, 32, of the 800 block of Mercer Street of Gloucester City, and Ronald J. Rupert, 35, of the 400 block of W. Browning Road, Bellmawr, were already in the county jail on other offenses when they were charged with this crime.
Township police say Weldon used a crowbar to force open a front door in the early morning of Feb. 16 to break into the Sunoco gas station on Route 130 in the West Collingswood Heights section. Rupert was a lookout, police said.
