Andrea DeGerolamo is suing Fulton Financial for not altering her schedule to help her avoid rush hour traffic, the Courier Post reports.

A Camden County woman who suffers from anxiety-based depression is suing her former Lancaster, Pa.-based employer for not altering her schedule so she could avoid rush hour traffic, the Courier Post reports.

Andrea DeGerolamo, of Berlin, also claims Fulton Financial fired her because she attempted to address bias in the workplace, according to the report.

Is she for real? The sad part....she'll probably be awarded $$$, just to prevent the cost to litigate.

I wonder if I can get $$$ settlement for having bad gas ? My employer and my coworkers tell me I'm gross and disgusting. The names really hurt my feelings not to mention they make me depressed and anxious which only gives me more gas. Hmmmm......thwapppp......ooops.....sorry can't help it.
