Haddonfield Police: Theft Suspect Arrested
Borough man arrested for allegedly stealing equipment from a motorcycle.
A 39-year-old Haddonfield man was arrested Sunday and charged with burglary after confessing to taking clothing and other property from the saddle bags on a parked motorcycle, a police report said.
Kendall Coles Clements Jr., of the 400 block of Wellington Avenue, was release on recognizance after being arraigned in Superior Court. He is charged with taking $680 of items from a parked motorcycle in the 300 block of Springfield Terrace on July 2. The items include a Harley- Davidson motorcycle jacket, three shirts, five pair of sunglasses and a pair of gloves.
The initial police report of the stolen items was filed on July 2, but said some of the items has been taken over several weeks.
