Man Chases Alleged Auto Burglar Through Neighborhood

A resident in the unit block of Truman Avenue in Haddonfield chased a man out of his car and down his street early Monday morning.

The foot pursuit ended when the man escaped from sight shortly after 5:51 a.m. Police described the incident as an auto burglary.

The alleged perpetrator was headed toward Haddon Township when he fled. Police there, and for the PATCO rail line, were notified but did not report an arrest. He was described as a young man, wearing a dark brown jacket.
