Haddonfield Puts Summer Water Restrictions in Place

Don't plan on watering your lawn during the day.

Haddonfield's commissioners approved summer water restrictions that prevent residents from watering their lawns between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. throughout the season.

The regulations prohibit "outdoor use of potable water from the Haddonfield water system" during those hours. If necessary, restrictions could increase to restrict watering to every other day between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The restrictions are in place from June 14 through Sept. 6.
