I am unable to go tonight. Some questions if anyone cares to ask them 1. What is the township and BOE outstanding debt today? 2. What is the annual P&I on the debt? 3. How much will this project cost if blended into the existing debt with a conforming level payment program? 4. What is the debt paydown over the next few years? Ie do large portions come off and if so, how much? If we do nothing, how soon would all debt be eliminated? 5. What would $16M borrowed at 20 years cost? What rate? 6. What are the cost savings from turf over grass (mowing, irrigation, chemicals)? 7. What are the revenue opportunities that turf fields gives us? ie are we going to rent them out to anyone else when not in use? 9. Given the amount of fundraising and open space funds, how much will the turf fields cost us incrementally gross and net of all the above? 8. What staffing if any would the new bancroft facility require? How much in additional payroll? 9. Other budget questions - how much is healthcare going up next year? How about salaries? That's all for now.

Why is a big issue like the purchase of the property getting clouded by the turf debate? One issue at a time. Buy: yes or no? Then, turf: yes or no? With the speed the private funding came in for the HS field, why should the bond include turf money at all?
