a. Fire and Security Drill Reports – February 2011 Review of February 2011 fire and security drill reports as listed on the attachment.

APPROVAL OF FOLLOWING BUSINESS & FINANCE RECOMMENDATIONS

a. Approval of Transportation Services

Recommend approval to enter into a contract with the Camden County Educational Services Commission to provide transportation services for Haddonfield Public School students, effective September 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.

b. Payment of Bills

Recommend that the February and March bills be approved for payment as submitted by the Business Administrator/Board Secretary and that a copy of the bill list be made available upon request and be filed in the Minute Book File.

Secretary’s Report - Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.12(c)4, the Haddonfield Board of Education certifies that as of January 2011, and after review of the Secretary’s Monthly Financial Report appropriations section as presented and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, to the best of the Boards’ knowledge, no major account or fund has been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.12-(a) 1, and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

Treasurer’s Report - Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.12(c) 3, I certify that as of January 2011, no budgetary line item account has obligations and payments (contractual orders) which in total exceed the amount appropriated by the Haddonfield Board of Education .
