Don't miss Haddonfield’s Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 30, 2011 (rain or shine) at Crows Woods in Haddonfield from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, sponsored by the Borough’s Environmental Commission. FREE tree seedling will be given to the first 100 people, a raffle will be held for a FREE rainbarrel by The Rain Harvest Company, and a FREE family barbecue begins at 12 pm! The event startswith a clean-up at 10:00 AM and includes guided woodland nature walks throughout the day, live music by Spectra Musica Renaissance Consort and “Dichroic Glass”, organic food sampling from Wegmans, Cats for adoption by St. Francis' Peaceful Pause, project presentations by environmental organizations and much more! Remember to bring a chair or blanket to sit on!
