- 29 minute co-ed fitness classes for all fitness levels
- Use of heart rate monitors configured to an individual’s goals
- Mon. & Wed. 7:30pm or 8:10pm, No gym equipment necessary Core conditioning and a rotating variety of body weight exercises to develop stronger, leaner and more functional bodies
- Interactive caloric tracking were we offer private individualized assistance and encouragement throughout the week and weekends
- Energizing and motivating workout music that encourages group participation and excitement
- Personable, approachable instructors that are honest, uplifting and who encourage ongoing accountability and good habit development
