Haddonfield Honors Coaching Legend Joe Falana
A tribute is schedule on Jan. 23 at the Tavistock Country Club.
The Haddonfield sports community will honor boys soccer coaching legend Joe Falana for 38 years on the sidelines for Haddonfield Memorial High School.
A retirement dinner for Falana, who stepped down in the spring, is planned for Jan. 23 at the Tavistock County Club. He won 625 games, 24 Colonial Conference championships, 18 South Jersey championships and seven state championships.
To reserve a ticket for the buffet and cash bar reception, send a $45 check to Dennis Tully, 15 Lafayette Ave., Haddonfield, NJ 08033 by Jan. 20. Make the check payable to "Falana Tribute."
