Haddonfield Sports Roundup

Bulldawgs continue winning ways last week.

Haddonfield continued its dominance over the Colonial Conference last week. Highlights include boys' soccer coach Joe Falana earning his 600th win as the Bulldawgs head coach. Congratulations again to Coach Falana and fans can only hope he sticks around for 600 more.

Tennis- The girls now stand an impressive 21-0 on the year. They stayed busy last week, defeating Moorestown, Haddon Heights, Overbrook, and Gateway. The team hosts Haddon Township on Monday, travels to Pemberton on Tuesday, and goes on the road Wednesday to take on Paulsboro. Tennis coach Jeff Holman was recently selected to be an inductee to the United State Tennis Association Middle States Hall of Fame.

Football- The Bulldawgs continued their habit of blowing teams out last week, going on the road to beat Sterling 35-12. The Dawgs return home this week to take on Lindenwold Friday night.

Boys’ Soccer- In addition to Wednesday’s win over Sterling, the Bulldawgs defeated Woodbury and West Deptford to stay perfect on the week. The Dawgs put their 10-1 record to the test this week when they travel to Gateway on Tuesday and Haddon Heights on Thursday.

Girls’ Soccer- Haddonfield stayed perfect on the year last week, and did so in dominant fashion, beating Woodbury 4-0 and Sterling 6-0. The Bulldawgs hosts Gateway in a Monday night match, which will take place at 7 p.m.

Field Hockey- The Bulldawgs also kept their perfect season spotless last week, beating West Deptford and Sterling. They travel to Rancocas Valley on Monday before hosting Haddon Heights on Wednesday.  The Bulldawgs then take on Overbrook on Friday at home, then travel to Ocean City Saturday for a non-conference game.

Cross-Country- The Bulldawgs host Overbrook on Tuesday.
