Girls' Basketball Overcomes 12-Point Deficit to Win
Bulldawgs mount huge comeback in their first round matchup against Cinnaminson.
Certain players simply know how to take over games. They can score, defend, rebound and in certain cases it seems like they simply will their team to victory. On Tuesday night, Haddonfield (19-6) was lucky enough to have two of those players in Catherine Senopoulos and Maddie Kiep. Kiep scored 10 fourth quarter points and Senopoulos added six in the final frame to lead the Bulldawgs over Cinnaminson 47-45 in the first round of the South Jersey Group 2 playoffs. Senopoulos hit the game winning 15-footer with 4.5 seconds left to take the lead for good for the Bulldawgs, who trailed by as many as 12 in the second quarter.
