The school board held its annual reorganization meeting Thursday.
The Haddonfield Board of Education swore in three incumbent members who won election in November during a meeting Thursday. Andrew Berlin, Maureen Eyles and Dennis Kelleher were be sworn in for three-year terms. Berlin was appointed to a seat vacated by Marsha Marshall last fall and Eyles was selected by the board in May to fill Lynn Biehn's seat. Kelleher ran for a one-year term last year and was reelected for a three-year term in the fall.
Three current board members will run for three open seats.
The school board election this fall will feature three incumbent board members running unopposed for three open seats. Andrew Berlin, Maureen Eyles and Dennis Kelleher will run for three, three-year terms this fall in school board elections. Kelleher ran for a one-year term last year and will run for three this year. The deadline for filing for the fall election was Tuesday, June 5. A new state law allowed the board to move its annual election to the fall general election date to save money.
