Haddonfield Little League Wins District 13 Championship
The 10/11-year-old team won the crown Friday.
Haddonfield Little League's 10/11-year-old all star team won the District 13 Championship Friday with a 12-0 shutout of Collingswood. So last night the boys came out gunning… they mercy-ruled Collingswood 11-0! Three of our guys (RJ, Luke and Gav) hit huge homers and Gav threw an amazing shutout! Collingswood was the only team we lost (5-6) to during the six team tournament, then both Collingswood and Haddonfield advanced to the best out of 3. Haddonfield lost game one (5-6) in wrenching extra innings (again!) to Collingswood. Thursday, they won game two (10-6) and last night they came out crushing the ball, with few errors and some truly awesome fielding!
