Back on the Farm ... in Haddonfield
It's harvest time in Crows Woods.
Crows Woods Gardeners will celebrate the summer's bountiful crop with their annual end of season picnic, Sunday, Sept. 9, 6-8 p.m., at the Crows Woods Pavilion. Gardeners are requested to bring their favorite picnic specialties to share in this pot-luck supper, says Brenda Zadjeika, coordinator of the event. With a major expansion this year, the gardens that started with three plots 20 years ago now boast 100 gardeners.
