Kids Art Camp, Theme: Art in Action- Week 3

Kid’s & Little Kid’s Art Program “IMAGINE A WORLD
OF ART”….Ages 3‐5 &
6 –11. Camp Sessions run through Labor Day with daily, weekly,
AM (9am‐12pm), PM (1pm‐4pm) and
All‐day (9am‐4pm)
sessions! Extended Day and Lunch Bunch too! The Little Kid’s Art Camp for
children 3‐ 5 years old is an AM session only, (9am‐12pm), with the option of “Lunch Bunch,” 12pm‐ 1pm. Join us for a fun and creative summer!







Our exciting Children’s Program
is organized around providing students with the opportunity to try a variety of
mediums and develop new skills in a fun and safe environment. Students enjoy
studio and movement time as well as snack and game/outside play time in both
a.m. and p.m. sessions. Each week, students create fun and exciting projects
inspired by our creative themes including painting, drawing, 3D sculpture,
printmaking, ceramics, mixed‐media and more!



Ages: Little Kids ‐ 3‐5yrs., Kids ‐ 6 ‐8yrs and 9 –11yrs…

Children will be separated by age groups. There
is a separate teacher for the Little Kids ‐ 3‐5 years old. Little Kid’s Art Campers must be potty trained.



Extended Day Options: MORNING AND LATE
AFTERNOON Early Drop off 8am ‐ 9am ‐ Extended
Late Day 4pm ‐ 5pm, $5 perhour/per child. Play games,
read stories, and listen to music before and after the art or pottery
camp.

Pottery Program... Ages 8 & up



9:45 am ‐ 12 noon AND/OR 1pm ‐ 3:15 pm. 

Markeim’s Potter, Donna Los, returns for a
favorite of young artists: Summer Pottery Camp! Students will be introduced to
throwing on the potter’s wheel and create their own vessels in this week‐long camp. Clay is an exciting, magical material.
Campers learn the art and craft of clay while exploring their own
creativity. Students finish and glaze vessels to produce a lasting piece of
art. This is a unique, hands‐on experience! Pottery Camp is designed for children ages 8 and up, with
consideration for mature kids who are 7.5 years old.



Class Monday thru Thursday NOTE:
In place of Friday, 5th day is scheduled at student’s convenience when the
pieces are ready to be glazed. All Materials Fees Paid directly to Instructor
on the first day of Camp.
