A man crossing the White Horse Pike on near the Haddon Township-Oaklyn border was struck and seriously injured by an SUV Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
The man was in the westbound travel lane just before 4 p.m. when the maroon Chevrolet hit him, authorities said, exploding a jug of milk he was carrying and leaving a massive dent in the truck’s hood.
The man’s condition was not immediately available, but scanner reports following the crash indicated he didn’t initially have a pulse.
